ORDERING
• Please remember that the setting of computer monitors varies - some of the actual colours may be
even bolder and more vibrant than on your screen!

• Almost all Goodies garments are unique: for example the embroidery or the batik is likely to vary
from garment to garment. We are always happy to email you a photograph of the exact garment we
intend to send you before payment.

• Order by email, post or telephone.

• Payment: by cheque (payable to Goodies from the Gambia) or credit card. If you wish to pay by
credit card, either send details with your order (card number, expiry date, issue number/start date)
or phone us on 01822 834610.

• If your order is in stock it will normally be sent to you within four working days. Cheques must be
cleared before goods are dispatched.

• Packing & postage: for orders below £20, please add £2.50; for orders over £20, please add
£4.50.

• Cancellation: you have the right to cancel the order within ten days of receiving your order. Should
you decide to cancel, please return the goods to us in their original state. All postage costs are the
customer’s responsibility in the event of cancellation.

• We hope you enjoy the items you have chosen. If you wish to return them for any reason, please
let us know before sending them back to us with the reason for the return.
